sh: tmu: Clean up CONFIG_SYS_TMU_CLK_DIV This constant is always 4 , for all boards that exist. Define it once in arch/sh/lib/time.c and remove it from the configs. Signed-off-by: Marek Vasut <marek.vasut+renesas@gmail.com>
