cl-som-imx7: Enable CMD_EEPROM This platform defines everything needed to be able to use the eeprom command. In addition, board/compulab/common/eeprom.c is required by the platform, and does not use CONFIG_ID_EEPROM to enable/disable builing of it. In order to migrate CONFIG symbols to Kconfig and to not have to add complex logic to handle this case, enable CMD_EEPROM on this board.
