83xx: Replace CONFIG_ECC_INIT_VIA_DDRC references
Update 83xx architecture's CONFIG_ECC_INIT_VIA_DDRC references to
CONFIG_ECC_INIT_VIA_DDRCONTROLLER, which other Freescale architectures
use
