armv8: fsl-layerscape: Avoid running dram_init_banksize again gd->ram_size is reduced in this function to reserve secure memory. Avoid running this function again to further reduce memory size. This fixes issue for SPL boot with PPA image loaded in which case secure memory is incorrectly allocated due to repeated calling.
