tests: Make test_log.py tests depend on cmd_log not log While the tests in this testcase are for the log subsystem they are only able to be run if CONFIG_CMD_LOG is enabled as well as CONFIG_LOG, so update the buildconfigspec requirement. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
