mx6sabresd: Include <asm/mach-imx/spi.h> header file When compiling with W=1 the following warning is observed: board/freescale/mx6sabresd/mx6sabresd.c:680:5: warning: no previous prototype for ‘board_spi_cs_gpio’ [-Wmissing-prototypes] int board_spi_cs_gpio(unsigned bus, unsigned cs) Remove this warning by including <asm/mach-imx/spi.h>.
