SAMSUNG: SMDKC100: Adds ethernet support.
Add setup for ethernet on SMDKC100, allowing kernel/ramdisk to be
loaded over tftp.
The preinit function will configure GPIO (GPK0CON) & SROMC to look
for environment in SROM Bank 3.
