ddr: altera: Wrap SOCFPGA_SDR_ADDRESS into SDR_PHYGRP.*ADDRESS

Just trim down the constant SOCFPGA_SDR_ADDRESS + SDR_PHYGRP.*ADDRESS
in the code.
