Remove ready_ahead from scheduler The ready_ahead functionality is flawed, and, due to a typo in the code, not actually used. Remove the un-used functionality in a way that causes the algorithm to behave exactly as it currently does. Change-Id: Ie1486c6c78edda2c4717fbcfda085a055cd324c0
