Remove test_git_cache_dir This test exercises the cloner cache-dir option. While the executor also utilizes a cache when creating git repos for jobs, it is not an option as such, and can't be independently tested. In other words, this test as written does not map to anything testable about the excecutor. Change-Id: Iacf5a1109c0259cd1c07ce5a9dde1410ac79d690
