Ansible launcher: move ansible log to ansible root There are no other logs, so instead of writing the ansible log dir in the logs/ directory, just put it in the ansible root. This is friendlier on the log server. Change-Id: I11c51e8dab1f061a3bb509965017ee6d352ed57b
