Fake more of the github3 api We are currently not testing several GithubConnection methods because they are faked out. Instead, move the fake layer to the github3 api so that we exercise our code. This lets us test methods relating to getting pull requests and searching. Change-Id: Ife355299073e347f8b3270650fdefe55646f6455
