Ansible launcher: strip leading / from scp/ftp targets It seems that Jenkins does this. At least with FTP. We don't have any leading / on SCP targets, but do the same there for symmetry. Change-Id: Ie69593f6f3336cc943cff17a97530df8461fdbaa
