Remove outdated TODO This todo isn't in the correct place. We could make the loading discover the drivers in __init__, but there isn't enough gain to bother at this point. We might want to look at doing drivers as entrypoints in the future. Change-Id: If5d8ec54f5f447c4dcb41c588f5ffa5582196e23
