Ansible launcher: fail on watchdog timeout Because the watchdog initiates a job abort, we were mistaking a watchdog failure as an internal abort. Instead, when the watchdog timeout triggers, record that information and ensure that we return 'FAILURE' as the job result. Change-Id: I47a5a764f07690b5f0558c10d7e5fb2d36dd8ed5
