uboot-tools: add fw_printenv, rename to uboot-tools Move fw_printenv / fw_setenv options from the uboot bootloader build to the uboot-mkimage package, and rename it to uboot-tools. Signed-off-by: Peter Korsgaard <jacmet@sunsite.dk>
