xpath OPTIMIZE minor optimizations (#1273)

* find CHANGE direct call to lyp_parse_value

Tailored call to lyp_parse_value instead of lyd_create_leaf.

* find CHANGE decrease dict usage on moveto_node

In this specific case, when there is not alot of node checks to do,
it is faster to simply compare strings instead of use dict.

* compilation CHANGE used flag '-O3' instead of '-O2'

Got a little bit more than 9% of time cut in total program execution time.

* find CHANGE fixes for CI tests
