printer tree BUGFIX implicit case in parsed tree

As a shorthand, the "case" statement can be omitted. The printer tree
must print an extra case node. Note that this fix only resolves
a situation where LY_CTX_SET_PRIV_PARSED is not set. When the flag is
set, the implicit case node still causes segfault.
