data parser OPTIMIZATION new LYD_OPT_TRUSTED option to skip validation checks
LYD_OPT_TRUSTED for reading data from a trusted source so the most of
validation checks are skipped.
There are also some minor optimization in XML/JSON data parsers to be
faster in some particular cases.
