parser BUGFIX inserting to tpdfs_nodes

This commit remove 'if condition' which was probably added due to
parse_finalize_reallocated, see 7fc6829. Then the function was renamed,
see d2ebe57. Then was completly removed, see 2a9fc65. So therefore this
condition is invalid and leads to misbehavior.
