YIN parser CHANGE do not add namespace prefix for standard YANG statements

In YIN parser, substatements in extension instances are prefixed by their
namespace URI. However, to simplify compilation and make it simply
compatible with YANG parser output, the standard YANG statements (those
in YIN namespace) should not be prefixed. So, this introduces something
like a default namespace (i.e. YIN namespace).
